Each consultation provides recommendations for a complete wellness program for your pet, and includes sample menus and recommendations addressing all areas of wellness, based on the answers provided on the health questionnaire.
Time frame for each consultation is typically 3 to 5 business days from the time payment, completed Health History Questionnaire and signed Authorization Release forms are received.
Nutrition Only Consultation
As the most foundational aspect of natural health for our animals, as well as ourselves, species appropriate nutrition is imperative for attaining and maintaining homeostasis.
If you would like to discuss a species appropriate diet for your companion that is tailored to their particular needs, the fee for the initial consultation is $50. Your initial consultation, and all ongoing consultations include email followup for any questions you might have regarding the information in your consultation, or any healing reactions that surface once the new diet has been implemented. Followup consultations to assess progress as your companion goes through the transition and beyond are $35.
Total Wellness Consultation
Total Wellness consultations include a thorough assessment of your pet's entire lifestyle, including: diet, environment, exercise, emotional and trauma assessment, and health history. Based on the information you provide on the Health History Questionnaire, recommendations will be offered covering all aspects of your companion's unique needs and lifestyle.
Consultations begin at $75, and include followup questions regarding any information provided during the initial assessment. Ongoing consultations as your companion progresses are $45. These will cover questions about your pet's progress, providing recommendations based on the information you share regarding any reactions or changes your pet experiences during the transition process and beyond. Followup consultations are usually completed every 4 to 6 weeks for the first few months, depending on your companion's progress.
Terms
All consultations must be paid in advance of the consultation.
A signed Health History Disclosure Statement and Authorization Release Form are required, signed in writing and either scanned and emailed, or a hard copy snail mailed to my office prior to completion of the consultation.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available prior to the assessment being completed within the first 24 hour period following submission of the Health History Questionnaire form and the Authorization Release Form. Once the assessment has been completed, there are absolutely no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours after payment and authorization release forms have been received, and if requested during this time frame, a full refund will be issued promptly. If a cancellation is requested after the 24 hours following payment, there are no refunds.
